Where do you ship?

We ship to customers all across the world!

Shoppers in the US and Canada can purchase directly on our site. If you live elsewhere, you can purchase our collection on ModernDesi.

How do you know when my order will arrive?

After you make your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email that your order is in process. Once we ship out your order, you'll receive an additional email with the tracking information!

What is your return / exchange policy?

Let us know that you'd like to return or exchange your products by contacting us with your order number.

Exchanges: 

  • We allow free exchanges or store credit within 15 days from the day your package is delivered.

Returns:

  • We allow returns within 15 days from the day your package is delivered.
  • Note that there is a $10 handling fee for returns.

Exclusions:

  • Please note that we can only accept returns and exchanges from the US. All sales for customers outside of the US are final.
  • All returned/exchanged products MUST be in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.

Can I try on a few sizes before I decide which to buy?

Absolutely! We know that shopping online for bathing suits can be challenging. For that reason, we offer a try-at-home option on all of our bathing suits (cover-ups excluded).

Here's how it works:

  1. Select the "Try Now" option at checkout to add up to 3 options to your cart.
  2. Proceed to checkout by entering your shipping and payment information. You'll see an authorization on your card, but you'll only pay for what you keep.
  3. Try the bathing suits on at home. Your trial starts when your items arrive.
  4. Reach out to us on our Contact page within 7 days to return what you don't need (otherwise you'll be charged for what you ordered!). All returned products MUST be in unused, pristine condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact.
  5. After we've received your returned products, the credit card authorization will drop and you’ll be charged for the items you kept. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 24-48 hours for your statement to update.
